Medina Joe Return and Exchange Policy 

Effective Date: July 2024 

At Medina Joe, we take pride in crafting handmade jewellery of the highest quality 222. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or not meet our standards. In such cases, we offer a replacement or exchange service under the following conditions: 

Conditions for Replacement or Exchange: 

1. Eligibility: Replacements or exchanges are only available for items that are broken or do not meet our quality standards. 

2. Time Frame: Requests for replacement or exchange must be made within 28 days of purchase.

3. Proof of Damage/Issue: Customers must provide two clear pictures of the damaged or substandard item. 

4. Delivery Costs: The cost of returning the item for replacement or exchange will be carried by the customer.

How to Request a Replacement or Exchange: 

1. Contact Us Please email us at care@medinajoe.co.uk with your order number, a description

of the issue, and 2 photos of the item. 

2. Return Authorisation: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to return the item. 

3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us as per the provided instructions. Make sure to pack it securely to avoid any further damage. 

4. Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your replacement or exchange.
